I use a mix of methods I collected over the last decades. There are elements of coaching and reflection. However, I also consult and give advice. With a pinch of Eastern European self-irony and extensive experience on the German labour market.

solve your challenge in one or two call,
agree to dedicate five sessions to dig deeper,
decide that someone else is a better fit to work with you.

In the 20-minute discovery call, we discuss your current challenge and decide if you want one session or a bundle of five sessions.
Each counselling session takes 60 minutes.
I use a sliding scale: €40-90* per session, depending on your income.
*I was lost and needed help many times in my life. And I'm endlessly grateful for people who supported me in those moments. If money is an issue for you, let's talk! I'm sure we will find a way.
