I was 29 when I first discovered the Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps (ESC) programmes—just in time to participate. Since then, I have engaged with these transformative opportunities as both a participant and an organiser. I am passionate about applying my skills and experience to drive impactful projects across NGOs, especially the youth sector and diverse teams. I firmly believe in the life-changing power of these initiatives, the solidarity they foster, and the strong European identity they help build. Beyond promoting these opportunities within my network, I am eager to actively collaborate and contribute.

I offer tailored support for NGOs as a facilitator, expert trainer, or ESC coach and project mentor.
I am based in Berlin, often travel to Hungary and open to collaborations in Europe and beyond.

I have co-created and delivered the programmes for three major youth exchanges (under Erasmus+ and Visegrad Grant schemes)—handling everything from overall concept design and scouting facilitators to coordinating team leaders and running interactive workshops.
Through my initiative, “Careers for the Common Good,” I have organised online trainings on Social Project Management, Career Path Seminars, and over a dozen panel discussions. My work includes onboarding experts and participants, managing group dynamics on digital platforms, and ensuring appropriate preparation and follow-up.
I stay uptodate on methodologies and developments in the youth sector by following online courses and meetings as well as joining SALTO Trainings (such as Power of Non-formal Education, Adventure Education Seminar and Wellbeing Retreat by the Guild).

There are three main topics that I can share in youth projects:
Social Projects from Idea to Action: Grounded in the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), I guide participants in identifying local issues and turning them into actionable initiatives. Using design thinking, project management strategies, and reflective exercises, participants leave with a concrete action plan.
Career Development: How do you navigate the 21st century job market, align work with your values, and build a sustainable career with social impact? These workshops demystify entry-level positions, internships, and career transitions, offering practical strategies to build confidence and direction.
Nature Connection: Building on my background as an Outdoor Educator and Nature Journaling Educator, I design experiential sessions that combine mindfulness, team building, creative thinking, and reflection to reconnect participants with nature and foster well-being.

I have mentored numerous young individuals through personal and professional development processes—ranging from integrating into a new country to launching local social projects and navigating career choices. Notably, I mentored the Artivism initiative for a Hungarian Erasmus+ youth exchange participant, supported by a Visegrad Grant.
In 2023, I completed official ESC Coach training with the Hungarian Tempus Public Foundation. My practical international experience includes volunteering in Berlin, New Zealand, Peru, and Spain, alongside completing a 5-month European Solidarity Corps Humanitarian Aid placement in rural Nepal.
