We're fast approaching midsummer. What a crazy pace! Treat yourself to one day outdoor reflection and digital detox!
What will we do? The day will be a mix of
Walking and embracing nature: you will learn a mindfulness tool
Time for quiet and self-reflection
Guided small group conversations with the help of reflection cards
Free time to be alone or to be in the group.
Use this day to pause and reflect on how far you've come this year.

How can I register?
As you sign up via the form, you will see a direct link to transfer the fee on PayPal. If you do not use PayPal, you can indicate your preferred payment method.
In order to make the event accessible, I use a sliding scale.
Regular price: €15.
Discounted price: €5. If you are facing financial difficulties, just opt for this option.
Supporter price: €25. Choose this option, if you would like to make it possible for other to join at a discounted rate.

Of course, the more the merrier. Please sign up separately.
The most important is comfortable and weather-appropriate outfit, especially shoes (hiking boots).
Make sure to bring water and food. I will provide some snacks but those do not replace a full meal.
Unfortunately, that is not possible. The event is designed to take place from 11.00 to 17.00.
However, if there is any part of the activities that you do not feel comfortable joining, you can always take a break.
If you are looking for a shorter experience, I suggest you join the Walk & Talk in Berlin.
This will be a nice long stroll, with plenty of opportunities to stop. It does not require high fitness level.
However, if you have had a recent injury, please consider your health before joining.
There are limited spot therefore I encourage you to sign up as early as you can.
You can cancel up to 5 days with a full refund. Later cancellations can only be refunded if you find a replacement.
