StressLess
A 2-month online journey towards our well-being
What is the StressLess fellowhip?
We, as professionals driven by passion, social impact and innovation, face a lot of stress that can arise from our commitment. Passion from our work often leads to long hours and emotional strain, resulting in high-stress levels.
Seeing this tendency in our work environment inspired us to create this 2-month journey dedicated to fostering resilience and supporting each other’s mental and physical well-being. This journey is designed to create a nurturing and mindful space where we can grow personally and professionally. Through workshops, shared experiences, reflective practices, and a supportive community, we will develop strategies to manage stress and build a sustainable approach to our work.
StressLess is a 2-months fellowship under the umbrella of Bosch Alumni Network.
Programme
Twenty participants will be able to attend 6 online sessions bimonthly. Beyond those, we aim to form a peer support group for ongoing connection and collaboration to share experiences, challenges, and successes. An extensive online resource hub will contain articles, videos, and curated content addressing mental health, stress release, and holistic well-being.
As the fellowship journey concludes, participants will receive a workbook encapsulating the learnings and tools presented throughout the program, as a tangible takeaway for participants to continue their mental well-being journey after the fellowship.

Wheel of Life
Ready to check in with your well-being? How balanced do you feel?
I invite you to reflect with the Wheel of Life:
Which areas of life have you been prioritising?
What aspects are going particularly well - and not so well?
Where would you like to put more focus in the next period?
It can be particularly interesting is how the areas change over time.... Fill out this short reflection and check in: how are you doing with different areas of life?
In 3 months, I will send you a follow-up.
